What you send us

The consultation request form on this website asks for your name, phone number and email address, and gives you space to describe what you would like to change about your skin. Only the name, phone and email fields are required.

What happens to it

A submission is emailed to the studio at info@skinlounge.com.au and a copy is stored in this website's administration area so an enquiry is not lost if an email fails to arrive. It is used to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your consultation.

Booking online

The Book online buttons open Timely, the studio's booking system, on Timely's own website. Anything you enter there, including your name, contact details and appointment history, is collected and held by Timely under its own privacy terms, not by this website. Timely also sets its own cookies on that site.

Cookies and embedded content

The contact page embeds a Google Map. Google may set cookies through that embed under its own privacy terms, which we do not control.

Asking about your information

To ask what the studio holds about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted, email info@skinlounge.com.au or speak to your therapist at your next appointment.
